Semi automatic and automatic die cutting machines

XLMY-1300/1500 die-cutting and creasing machine is a special equipment used for the die-cutting of coloured cartons and boxes. It uses high intensity gripper bars with advanced gripping mechanism, which can do the die-cutting of every kinds of cardboard, paperboard and corrugated paper. The front and back registration mechanism as well as the side registration mechanism ensures high accuracy of die-cutting. The machine is equipped with high-precision indexing mechanism, pneumatic clutch and pneumatic chase locking device. It uses programmable controller and man-machine interface showing the working speed, number of sheet processed, the general running time and malfunctions which contributes to easy trouble shooting and operation. The main motor is controlled by transducer, thus achieving stepless speed regulation and smooth operation. The machine is equipped with many sensors and safety devices which makes possible normal operation by machines and safe running by operators.
The die-cutting pressure can be adjusted separately at front and back side. The manual driving device makes easy operation. The machine also can do the job without gripper margins.
